Our Team

Meet the team.

BEN YODER

Ben is a co-founder of Talos Consulting Group. He has a career arcing through organizational effectiveness, process improvement, analytics, project management, technology implementation and strategic advisory consultation.  The common thread through his professional interests has been the nexus of individual human behavior, group dynamics, organizational system design, and technology accelerators that when all successfully integrated lead to outsized performance.  For Ben, it’s always about outcomes but he is just as passionate about the experience of everyone involved in the projects he is leading.  Outside of work he likes exploring the wilderness, carving turns on Mount Hood, reading books that spark epiphanies, trying to keep up with his toddler, and taking getaways with his wife as time allows.
